2. Search through "Current Vacancies" under the "Rental Finder" menu selection.
3. Click on a specific property to see:
- Number of bedrooms / bathrooms
- Square feet/size of each property
- Pictures of the property
- Pet policy (as applicable)
- Any other amenities
- Security deposit amount (generally equivalent to the first month’s rent, but some homes have move-in specials)

5. Click on the individual property you wish to view in person.
6. Select "Schedule Showing" on the left and pick the scheduled time.
7. After a time is selected, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
8. At least two hours prior to the showing, you will receive a text message to confirm. You must confirm at least one hour before the showing. Otherwise, the showing will be cancelled automatically.
Scheduling Notes:
- If "Schedule Showing" is not shown, the property is coming soon and not ready for viewing yet. Please check back again to sign-up.
- Showing times are pre-scheduled by our realtors on a weekly basis. Due to high volume, we only conduct group showings. Each property is normally shown twice per week if at least one request is received and confirmed.
- Please leave driveways open. These are reserved for the showing agent
Getting Started:
Before you apply, you should view the property. We require that you have viewed the property in person prior to being approved to rent it. This is a critical first step.
Once You've Viewed a Property
1. Go online to www.premieremanage.com
2. Search through "Current Vacancies" under the "Rental Finder" menu selection.
3. Select the property which interests you.
4. Click Apply Now.
5. All persons aged 18+ that will be residing in the home must submit an application. All applications are subject to a $55 per person fee.
6. Supply all information necessary to assist us in the processing of your information:
- NET income Verification (4 weeks worth of paystubs and bank statements). You (and the co-applicants. if applicable) must have verifiable monthly NET income of at least 3.5 times the monthly rent of the desired property.
- Current or Previous Landlord Verification-a letter verifying rental amount, pay history and recommendation for a landlord can speed up this process. It is often difficult for us to get in contact with previous or current landlords.
7. After you have completed your application, hit "Submit" and the application will be immediately sent for processing and the application fee will be charged.
- We cannot refund application fees, regardless of whether you are approved or denied for a property as we are charged to obtain this information.
- It will take between five to seven business days for us to completely process your application. Again, landlord verification can take the longest time and is required.
- In the event someone else is approved before you for a property for which you applied, you can apply for other properties within 90 days without having to pay another application fee.
- You may deny a property you are approved for and ask to be considered for another RCPM property should you find another you prefer more.
NOTE: Paper application forms are available, though they will result in longer processing times. For a paper application, please call the main office number during normal business hours and follow the directions provided.
★ The application process includes checking your credit, background, NET income verification, as well as landlord /rental or mortgage verification.
★ All applications are processed online.
★ Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
★ Each co-applicant must apply and specify with whom they are co-signing in our system.
★ Once your application has been screened and verified, you will receive a notification.
★ This may be an approval, a denial, a request for additional information, or the need for a cosigner.
★ After seven business days have passed, you may email us about the status of your application at lynn@premieremanage.com if you have not already heard from our office.
View the individual property online to determine if they allow pets, as well as any size and / or type limitations.
Each property is different, but all aggressive breeds are prohibited.
The standard pet deposit rates are:
★ One pet is $300
★ Two pets are $500
Pet deposits are non-refundable.
Emotional support animals do not require a pet deposit, but do require official documentation from a physician.
If you are a current tenant and would like to move to another property (whether it is ours or not), you must make sure you have served out the term of your current lease.
